Come and celebrate with the Town of Wakefield Human Rights Commission and over 20 food vendors, artists, and performers on May 17th from 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. at the Galvin Middle School, 525 Main Street, Wakefield, MA 01880.This event is open to all.
Performance Highlights: Lion Dance, Chinese Musical Performance, Dances from the Artisan Dance Academy, Storytelling from Little Ant World, Asian Fashion Show, and more
Children's Activities (open to all ages): Authors Windy Pham (Little Ant Farm) and Vincent Yee (Clara Wu), interactive reading sessions, face painting, and hands-on arts and crafts activities:
- Make your own flower bouquet
- Chopstick challenge
- Lantern making
- Fan making
- 12 zodiac animal headbands
- Calligraphy
