Open to the public Friday–Sunday (ticketed Monday), Impossible Foods is serving up protein-packed plant-based bites in a celebration of Boston culture and marathon energy.
The space will also feature a custom photo booth, daily giveaways and branded merchandise, as well as a live LEGO build beginning Sunday, April 19 and culminating in a large-scale Impossible Burger sculpture unveiled on Marathon Monday.
Refueling never tasted so good.
