Showcase Cinemas, a world leader in the motion picture exhibition industry, is helping friends and family jump start a new holiday tradition this season with limited-engagement screenings of beloved holiday films and exclusive titles available for private screenings! See classic holiday films played out on the big screen and rent a private theater for friends and family to come together for a festive and safe holiday activity - starting from just $99.
Those looking to limit interaction with others outside of their “quaranteam” this holiday season can treat family and friends to a private screening of one of their holiday favorites at open Showcase Cinemas locations throughout Massachusetts.
Patrons can book a private screening for up to 20 guests, starting at just $99 for “Bring Back” films and $199 for first run films at participating Showcase Cinemas locations; (at *Showcase SuperLux* in Chestnut Hill, MA, “Bring Back” pricing starts at $199 with new releases starting at $299).
Choose from a variety of holiday films for your private screening, including “Elf”, “A Christmas Story”, “The Polar Express”, “Gremlins”, and “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation” at any point this season through the end of December.
Limited runs of “The Santa Clause” and “Frozen” will be available for private screenings on the following dates, along with scheduled in-theater showtimes:
· “The Santa Clause”: Friday, November 20th - Thursday, December 3rd
· “Frozen”: Friday, November 25th – Thursday, December 10th

In addition to showing “The Santa Clause” and “Frozen” in theaters this holiday season, Showcase Cinemas is also offering limited-engagement scheduled screenings of the “Bolshoi Ballet Nutcracker Encore” and a “A Christmas Carol”. The dates are as follows:
· “Bolshoi Ballet Nutcracker Encore”: Saturday, December 19th – Monday, December 21st
· “A Christmas Carol”: Wednesday, December 16th and Sunday, December 20th
On Christmas Day, the highly awaited film “Wonder Woman 1984” arrives in theaters. All open Showcase Cinemas in MA, NY, and OH will be showing the film and it will also be available for private screenings. Tickets will be on sale soon.
