Advanced registration suggested for drive-up viewing of the film as parking will be available on a first-come first-serve basis.
The film will play on a large screen at the Francis J. McGrath Municipal Parking Lot at 3 Salem Street, Worcester, MA.
English subtitles for the Deaf and hard of hearing.
When registering, please register for the total number of vehicles in your party, NOT the number of people who will be in each vehicle.
The lot will open to guests in their vehicles at 7:00 pm, and the movie is scheduled for an 8:00 pm start.
The Princess Bride is rated PG and has a run time of 1 hour and 38 minutes.
The event is FREE and open to the public.
Refreshments will be available for purchase.
The event team will continue to monitor COVID-19 information and follow all State and Local event recommendations.
To ensure safety for all present, movie-goers are asked to keep the following considerations in mind:
• Event is 'mask friendly' - Unvaccinated guests and staff MUST wear face coverings at all times throughout event.
Vaccinated guests and staff are welcome to wear face coverings according to their comfort and/or risk levels.
• Guests and staff should not attend event if actively experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 and/or if they have received a positive COVID-19 test result prior to the event.
Additional considerations to maximize enjoyment of Movies on the Lot include:
• Be prepared to show your Eventbrite RSVP upon arrival.
Either a printed version or a phone confirmation will be accepted.
• Parking will be issued on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Please follow guidance from event staff.
• Audio will be transmitted via FM radio, and audio devices will not be provided.
If your vehicle does not have an FM radio, consider bringing a portable, battery-powered radio.
• Concessions will be available for purchase, but attendees are also welcomed to bring their own food and beverages.
Any garbage must be taken with you at the end of the film.
• RVs, bicycles, and motorcycles will not be permitted.
• Out of respect for other attendees, smoking and the consumption of alcohol are prohibited at this event.
• Do not allow your car to idle and shut off all lights for the duration of the film.
Patrons will be responsible for covering any lights which cannot be turned off, such as daytime running lights.
• Upon exit, event reentry will not be permitted.
