Class Description: Kung Fu is a Chinese martial art that emphasizes discipline of both mind and body.
This particular style of Kung Fu is rooted in Baji, Fanzi, Tongbei, and Wushu.
Students will learn and practice basic exercises including stances, kicks, poses, and forms, and will also participate in strength and stretching techniques from the art of Qigong.
Previous martial arts experience is helpful, but not necessary.
Instructor approval required.
Tuition: $45.
