moms for a special JCC Mommy & Me Barre Fitness class at Mind, Body, Barre (106 Main Street) in North Easton on Sunday, January 28 from 12-1pm.
This class is a perfect way to balance your body and rejuvenate after giving birth.
We'll concentrate on specific postpartum areas while you enjoy time with your baby and connect with other moms.
Your baby is gently and safely incorporated into the class.
Nursing, feeding, bouncing and crying are okay here!
Bring a sling or baby carrier, receiving blanket and your baby's favorite toy.
Includes light refreshments after class.
Space limited.
Cost $10.
For moms with babies 2-18 months.
