Courtney, is a mom of three girls, a four time Boston Marathoner, running coach and RYT 200 yoga instructor.
She is passionate about sharing her love of fitness with others.
With an in-depth knowledge of running, yoga, and meditation, she also has Master’s in Special Education, allowing her to connect with a wide audience of runners, yogis and children.
She fosters a community feeling to her classes where everyone has a place and will feel safe and supported.
With a background in education, Courtney understands the mental and physical needs of children today.
Each yoga class for children is themed with positive self-talk and feel good statements for the body and mind.
Your child will leave their mat feeling strong, stretched and relaxed.
Tween class focuses on stretching, strengthening and a peaceful mind and body.
Childrens Classes present with a new theme each session, with a gentle flow, craft, and guided meditation.
