Kick It by Eliza at The Lawn On D
Citizens and Dining Playbook have partnered to bring you a free fitness class led by Kick It by Eliza at The Lawn On D Powered by Citizens.
Dining Playbook hosts Jenny Johnson and Billy Costa will join us as Eliza leads a workout class that includes high intensity interval training with kickboxing, boxing, rhythmic components, and a meditative cool down.
All levels welcome. Please wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle and a yoga mat if you have them.
After the fitness class, join us for post-workout refueling with an opportunity to discuss your financial fitness with Citizens and browse pop-up shops, including Athleta and other local businesses.
