Yoga at New England Botanic Garden at Tower HillRelax and restore with a midday break to nourish your body, mind and spirit.
Each week we'll create a slow and mindful practice, cultivating calm and a sense of overall well-being.
ADDITONAL INFORMATION: Please bring a yoga mat and any other tools you might need.
Please dress comfortably.
INSTRUCTOR: Emma Bartolini
Emma Katrina Bartolini is a CYT 200 HR Yoga Teacher/ Gentle Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga and Certified Children's Yoga Teacher.
She discovered Yoga and Pilates when she was 19 years old as a way to heal her body after a car accident changed the course of her pre-professional ballet career.
She found Yoga deeply supportive to her healing, helping her maintain her physicality while discovering new strength in her body and calming her mind.
Yoga allowed her to explore new ways to connect to mind and body and deepen spiritual connections as well.
Emma attended the Costa Yoga YTT for her 200 HR certification under the instruction of Mandy Lawson- as well as Kidding Around Yoga for her children's certificate.
