Source Method is not your typical breathwork company.
We recognize that traditional breathwork settings may not be for everyone, which is why we’ve RE-DEFINED the experience to make it approachable and accessible!
We combine a 3-part breathing technique with modern music (music that you love, music that makes you feel) to drop you out of your mind and into your body, release what doesn’t serve you, and access the infinite wisdom of your unconscious mind.
Class will begin with a short-intro of the technique, then you’ll be guided through a mini meditation and led through a signature Source Method Breathwork session to an awesome playlist!
Regardless if it’s your first time doing breathwork or your 50th, you can expect to leave class feeling open, clear, and connected to YOU.
*Please bring with you a yoga mat or towel to lie down on
*Pregnant people are advised against practicing breathwork
