Cardio Dancing is by far the most fun way of getting a workout.
Millions of people have jumped on the Zumba bandwagon, but Dance Fusion is different because we use Pop & Funk music instead of Latin music.
There’s no experience necessary and no judgement; just fun.
With The Dance Fusion Experience you’ll get a great workout and have a great time.
You might even make some new friends!
No sign-up required, just show up!
Classes takes place June through early August.
