Total-Body Bootcamp by Tim KhanoyanTim Khanoyan, will lead you through a total-body workout using bodyweight and/or using various equipment in a circuit training fashion.
Expect to sweat, and smile :) Modifications are provided for all levels of fitness.

Join us for free, outdoor fitness classes with rotating instructors every Tuesday at 6PM and Saturday at 10AM right here at The Yard @ Beachmont Square at Suffolk Downs.
Our schedule is packed with new classes as well as old favorites that are designed for all levels of experience.
