Back by popular demand, join us for the 2nd Annual Great Lynn Pizza Bake-Off, featuring pizza from local restaurants.
Co-sponsored by the Downtown Lynn Neighborhood Association and the Downtown Lynn Cultural District.
Last year Central Square hosted more than 350 people enjoying slices from area eateries and meeting the makers behind some of their favorites.
Central Square will once again become a festival of food and community.
The event will also feature live music and children's art activities.
Admission includes samples of pizza and the opportunity to cast ballots for your favorites.
Following the bake-off, the Lynn Museum will host an outdoor screening of the film classic The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari presented by the Devil Music Ensemble.
The critically-acclaimed musical trio will stage a multi-media experience featuring Robert Weine’s 1919 silent horror film about murder and mind control in a small German town set to a live, original score.
The dynamic musical accompaniment by guitarist Brendon Wood, electric violinist Jonah Rapino, and drummer Tim Nylander, brings the film to life as never before.
This is your chance to see the movie that inspired the horror genre from Dracula to Edward Scissorhands.
It is also widely considered one of the most cherished films of German Expressionism.
Admission includes a space in the courtyard – so remember to bring a lawn chair or blanket.
The Devil Music Ensemble presents The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari is supported in part by a grant from the Lynn Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.

The Devil Music Ensemble presents The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari will be held at the Lynn Museum’s courtyard.

Proceeds from the event will support programming efforts by The Downtown Lynn Cultural District, The Lynn Museum and The Downtown Lynn Neighborhood Association.
