With his award-winning Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse brand firmly established in Atlanta, Boston, Philadelphia, Chestnut Hill, Lynnfield, Foxborough and Manhattan, DiFillippo has tackled the modern Italian restaurant and tells all in his new book, It's All about the Guest: Exceeding Expectations in Business and in Life, the Davio's Way!
The event will take place at EUROSTOVES, The Culinary Center on Friday, November 14th, 2014 from 6:30pm-8:30pm.
Guests will be treated to a hand-on cooking demo and tasting of recipes from the book including the Kobe Meatballs and Potato Gnocchi with Pesto (see menu below).
DiFillippo will step out from behind the line and into EUROSTOVES’ state-of-the-art kitchen facilities for a one session interactive cooking class.
Under the guidance of DiFillippo himself, students will create some of their favorite dishes from their favorite local restaurant.
Join DiFillippo as he shares some of his beloved recipes as well as stories and tips from his many successful years in the industry.
