Filipino Brunch and Dinner, February 29th

If you're looking for a unique dinner experience this weekend, are interested in supporting up and coming chefs, haven't had Filipino food before, haven't had it in ages, or any combination of the above, look no further!

Manila Crab Cake Salad [gluten-free]
Garlic lemongrass crab cake, greens, with a sweet bagoong dressing and fried tocino bits

Lelot [vegetarian]
Ginger rice porridge, fried garlic, annatto oil, lemon, topped with a sous vide duck egg.

Garlic fried rice, Filipino-style pickles (daikon, radish, carrot) and your choice of:
Adobong pusit [pescatarian]
Tocino
Tortang talong [vegetarian]

Pinoy Hash [gluten-free]
Kamote (sweet potato) and lechon kawali (pork) hash, two eggs, greens

Ube Pancake Short Stack
3 ube halaya pancakes with a coconut cream sauce
