Chef Louis DiBiccari is always cooking up exciting things at Tavern Road, and on Monday, February 29th he’s giving Chef Gabriel Bremer, formerly of Salts, the opportunity to test drive a four course menu made just for you!

Greatly influenced by chefs like Michel Bras and Ferrán Adrià, Gabriel’s cuisine at Salts pushed the borders of contemporary dining, but it was always based on familiar and comforting flavors.

Now you can witness him turn his big ideas into delicious dishes at Tavern Road's Chef's Studio for one night only as he cooks in tandem with Chef Louis.
