On Friday, November 11, 2016, Bar Boulud, Boston, located at Mandarin Oriental, Boston, will host a four-course champagne dinner featuring sparkling chardonnay-inspired vintages from Champagne Taittinger, served alongside seasonal dishes from Chef de Cuisine Michael Denk and Pastry Chef Robert Differ.
Champagne Taittinger is widely acknowledged as one of the world’s most prestigious champagnes.
It is also one of the only great champagne houses that still remains independent and possesses its original owner’s name.
Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of champagnes from the collection, which will be perfectly paired with fall-inspired dishes from Bar Boulud’s culinary team.
This exclusive four-course champagne dinner will be served as follows:
