Selections from the spread will include traditional breakfast offerings like eggs benedict, French toast, bacon, leek and truffle quiche, and smoked salmon.
Hearty holiday dishes include New England clam chowder, roast sirloin with red wine and porcini mushrooms, pan roasted salmon with creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese and braised green beans.
An assortment of holiday pastries and a chocolate fountain will provide a sweet finish to the meal.
Children will also enjoy a visit from Old St.Nick himself during the brunch.
