We'll have activities in The KITCHEN and throughout the Boston Public Market.
Taste locally made cheeses, milk, ice cream and classic dairy-focused recipes and learn all about how cheese is made and why Massachusett's cheese is the BEST!
This event is FREE and open to everyone.

Meet the cheesemakers: come meet the dairy farmers who create all the fantastic 100+ cheeses sold at Appleton Farms in the market.
Learn about their farms, taste their cheeses, and bring home your favorites!
Meet the owner of Crescent Ridge Dairy and taste chocolate and regular milk made fresh at his dairy farm.
Visit our Sundae Bar with Crescent Ridge ice cream and top it with Taza Chocolate ganache - $5 charge Watch as our chef demos how to make ricotta, butter, and mozerella from fresh dairy milk Watch as the Nella Pasta chef demos how to make the most delicious mac and cheese using Appleton Farms cheeses Meet the folks at the Massachusetts Department of Agriculture and ask them all your burning questions about dairy production in Massachusetts

The Boston Public Market will have free activities from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, including:
Dairy-focused scavenger hunt to all the vendors who feature Massachusetts Dairy on their menus Special sampling and discounts at Appleton Farms and Crescent Ridge Dairy Book Reading and Milk & Cookies in the Kids Nook with Abby Shaw, the 2018 Massachusetts Jersey Dairy Princess.
Book reading in the Kids Nook is every hour on the hour for 15 minutes from 10:00 am-1:00 pm:
