You won't need a passport to experience the exquisite flavors of Morocco, thanks to chef Anina Kostecki's recent visit to this beaautiful country hailed for its vibrant cuisine!

Recipes include zaalouk (smashed eggplant with tomato), carrots with raisin and cinnamon, couscous with preserved lemon, and more.

Kids will learn so much about how cooking and culture are related.
