Here’s a fun event for the whole family.

Do you experience tension or conflict in relationships or conversations that you wish were more peaceful?

Do you wish you yelled at your kids less, or wish you could talk to people who disagree with you about politics or other controversies—without rancor or arguing?

You can have an open, amicable relationship with anyone—even people who are dead wrong!

How?

By developing a heart of peace to bring to the relationship.

On Saturday, February 2, St. Matthew’s United Methodist Church in Acton is hosting a Heart of Peace event for all ages.

We’ll start with a free dinner of gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches (including gluten- and dairy- free options).

Then we’ll share in some fun and games.

That’s it!

No serious lecture.

Just playing together.

And in the process, we’ll begin learning how to develop a heart of peace.

Everyone is welcome.

If you choose you may continue the process, joining in studying a book titled 'The Anatomy of Peace'.

But you can attend the dinner whether or not you plan to read the book.

Saint Matthew's is on Central Street in Acton, 1/2 mile from Route 2's Exit 41, just one exit down from Route 495. We are located about halfway between Route 2 and Idylwilde Farms.
