Join master baker Auz Frucci from Dessert Works to create a spectacular layered cake that will wow your friends and family, including sophisticated fillings of meringue and mousse.
Special frosting techniques and professional tricks of the trade will also be shared.
This class is for experienced home bakers and newbies alike.
Included in this class:
Cooking demonstration and hands-on learning experience.
Instruction from an experienced, top-notch instructor.
Recipes to take home.
Cake to take with you.
Class is limited to 6 participants to follow Covid-19 safety guidelines.
Pre-registration is required 2 days prior to a class or event.

COVID-19 Guidelines: Due to the state-mandated Covid-19 guidelines, participants will be set up at stations 6 feet apart and required to wear masks during portions of the class when the six-foot guideline cannot apply (i.e.
gathering around the cooking area to watch the instructor).

Cancellation Policy: In the event that a program is canceled due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and issue you a full refund or transfer into another class within 14 days of the cancellation.
If you cannot attend a program as planned, contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund.
Refunds will not be granted for registration cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
We offer transfers to other classes or events with 48 hours of the class.
There are no refunds for missed classes.
The Trustees reserves the right to change program locations, schedules, or instructors when necessary.
Note: Summer Camps and our inns and campgrounds each have separate cancellation policies.
