It’s summer, which means we want to spend as much time as possible enjoying the outdoors!
This special hands-on class will focus on outdoor hearth cooked foods.
Chef Thi will teach at the outdoor brick oven, where you’ll learn to make delicious zaatar roasted carrots with a fresh parsley salad, roasted chicken wings with lemon herb butter and farm fresh vegetable succotash.
To cap it all off you’ll learn how to craft a juicy summer berry flatbread with crispy pan oats and fresh whipped cream.
It doesn’t get more summer than this!

Cooking demonstration and hands-on learning experience.
Instruction from an experience, top-notch instructor Recipes and creative packing ideas to take home.
Delicious samples to enjoy on-site or to take home with you.
Class is limited to 12 participants to follow Covid-19 safety guidelines.
Pre-registration is required 2 days prior to a class or event.

COVID-19 Guidelines: Due to the state-mandated Covid-19 guidelines, participants will be set up at stations 6 feet apart and required to wear masks during portions of the class when the six-foot guideline cannot apply (i.e.
gathering around the cooking area to watch the instructor).

Cancellation Policy: In the event that a program is canceled due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and issue you a full refund or transfer into another class within 14 days of the cancellation.
If you cannot attend a program as planned, contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund.
Refunds will not be granted for registration cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
We offer transfers to other classes or events with 48 hours of the class.
There are no refunds for missed classes.
The Trustees reserves the right to change program locations, schedules, or instructors when necessary.
