This special hands-on class will focus on cooking en plein air.
Chef Thi will teach at the outdoor brick oven, where you’ll learn to make a fabulous roasted tomato caprese salad with arugula, as well as bistro mussels with crispy bacon and farm herbs.
We’ll finish it all off with warm roasted peaches swimming in a lemon herb peanut gremolata and rich ice cream.
Disclaimer: Class will be moved to into kitchen if it rains.

Instruction from an experience, top-notch instructor Recipes and creative packing ideas to take home.
Delicious samples to enjoy on-site or to take home with you.
Class is limited to 10 participants to follow Covid-19 safety guidelines.
Pre-registration is required 2 days prior to a class or event.

COVID-19 Guidelines: Due to the state-mandated Covid-19 guidelines, participants will be set up at stations 6 feet apart and required to wear masks during portions of the class when the six-foot guideline cannot apply (i.e.
gathering around the cooking area to watch the instructor).

Cancellation Policy: In the event that a program is canceled due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and issue you a full refund or transfer into another class within 14 days of the cancellation.
If you cannot attend a program as planned, contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund.
Refunds will not be granted for registration cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
We offer transfers to other classes or events with 48 hours of the class.
There are no refunds for missed classes.
The Trustees reserves the right to change program locations, schedules, or instructors when necessary.
Note: Summer Camps and our inns and campgrounds each have separate cancel.
