Join Chef Thi in the kitchen as she shows how to create easy, make-ahead hors d’oeuvres for holiday entertaining.
Guests will craft a variety of spreads and small bites integrating flavor profiles which are sure to please family and friends.
You’ll be raising your hand to volunteer to bring hors d’oeuvres to the next party after taking this class!

Cooking demonstration and hands-on learning experience.
Instruction from an experience, top-notch instructor Recipes and creative packing ideas to take home.
Delicious samples to enjoy on-site or to take home with you.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation.
To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund.
Refunds will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
