'Nonna's Kitchen' at Grana

Known as the go-to power-lunch spot in Boston, GRANA at The Langham, Boston is announcing a new lunch program featuring Chef Stephen Bukoff’s Nonna’s recipes.
While his last name may be deceiving, Bukoff’s family comes from a little town in Southern Italy.
Though he studied at the esteemed Culinary Institute of America, Bukoff has drawn most of his culinary inspiration from his Nonna and his childhood days spent cooking alongside her.
The following specials will be offered on their respective days between 11:30am – 2:30pm.
