About Homage to Julia Child: Adult Cooking ClassThis event has sold out.
Celebrate Women’s History Month with Chef Thi as we honor the culinary legend, Julia Child.
This hands-on class with Chef Thi will focus on three key techniques Julia taught to students in person, in her books and on her beloved television series.
You’ll start with the perfect roast chicken.
Next, learn how to master scratch hollandaise without letting it break.
Last but not least, you’ll bake a perfect, buttery classic tarte tatin.
By the end of this class, you’ll be well on your way to mastering the art (and techniques) of French cooking.
Included in this class:
-Cooking demonstration and hands-on learning experience.
-Instruction from an experience, top-notch instructor
-Recipes and creative packing ideas to take home.
-Delicious samples to enjoy on-site or to take home with you.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation.
To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund.
Refunds will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
