Join Seven Hills Pasta CO. in a great evening exploring the fantastic world of stuffed pastas!We will learn folding techniques and master the shaping of tortelloni and ravioli as well as talk about different stuffing recipes.
You will make Ravioli Cacio e Pepe, Mezze Lune Ricotta e Spinaci and Tortelloni alla Mantovana.
We will then taste your wonderful creations!
We will offer a one ounce educational pour of great Italian wines that will complement your pasta creations.
We also encourage you to visit the Pine Bar, Boston Public Market's brand new all-local bar for delicious libations you are more than welcome to take into the class if vino is not your drink of choice.
Our classes are laid back and casual, they are great for singles, couples or groups of friends and are a fun way to spend an evening enjoying good people and good food.

Any vendor can validate your parking ticket upon purchase to give you 3 hours for $3.
