Created by Chef-Owners Bruce and Eric Bromberg, the special New Year's Eve menu highlights include Nantucket Bay Scallop Ceviche with Rocoto Pepper, Purple Corn & Crispy Quinoa; Lobster & Chorizo Croquetas with Chipotle Honey, Chives, and an optional White Truffle supplement; Cactus ‘Carne Asada style’ with Grilled Onions, Avocado Pico de Gallo, and a Crispy Flour Tortilla; and Whole Roasted Suckling Pig Tacos.
Reservations for the first seating run from 5pm to 8pm ($95 per person) on December 31st, followed by the second seating from 9:30 pm - 10:30 pm ($125 per person).
In true Blue Ribbon Restaurants style, guests at the second seating will also enjoy celebratory music from a Live DJ, and will receive complimentary noise makers, hats and a Champagne Toast at Midnight to ring in the New Year!
