Vietnamese Favorites – Adult Cooking Class
Take a culinary trip to Vietnam – no passport required!Fresh, crunchy, nutty, and bright are the flavors and textures that define Vietnamese cuisine. In this hands-on class, Chef Thi will show you how to make authentic Vietnamese favorites, including Lemongrass Chicken Banh Mi, Vegetable Fresh Rolls with Dipping Sauce, and Asian Slaw Salad with tangy Lime Dressing.
