Roll up your sleeves to make three varieties of perfect risotto!Risotto a creamy rice dish thats internationally popular hails from the northern Italian region of Lombardy.
The once humble dish is now a gourmet favorite.
In this hands-on cooking class in the Powisset Kitchen, our own Chef Thi will show you step-by-step how to create three risotto dishes, including Tomato Risotto with Rustic Meatballs, Spring Asparagus and Pesto Risotto, and Sweet Risotto Pudding with Cherry Compote and Toasted Almonds.

Cooking demonstration and hands-on learning experience.
