Roll up your sleeves to make three varieties of perfect risotto!Risotto — a creamy rice dish that’s internationally popular — hails from the northern Italian region of Lombardy.
The once humble dish is now a gourmet favorite.
In this hands-on cooking class in the Powisset Kitchen, our own Chef Thi will show you step-by-step how to create three risotto dishes, including Tomato Risotto with Rustic Meatballs, Spring Asparagus and Pesto Risotto, and Sweet Risotto Pudding with Cherry Compote and Toasted Almonds.
Included in this class:
• Cooking demonstration and hands-on learning experience.
• Instruction from an experienced, top-notch instructor.
• Recipes to take home.
• At the end of each class, the opportunity to enjoy the food you created.
• If you would like to bring an adult beverage to class, please feel free.
Pre-registration is required.
Registration closes 24 hours prior to class.
Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place.
