In this popular hands-on, outdoor cooking class series, Chef Thi will teach you the essentials of making farm-to-hearth pizza using Powisset’s outdoor wood-fired brick oven.
You’ll make your own dough (and take some home) and prepare toppings before your creation goes into the brick oven.
All this, while enjoying a cold beer (or wine) and the farm’s beautiful relaxing scenery.
Classes fill up quick so gather your crew and register today!
Included in this class:
🍃 Cooking demonstration and hands-on learning experience.
🍃 Instruction from an experienced, top-notch instructor.
🍃 Recipes to take home.
🍃 At the end of each class, the opportunity to enjoy the food you created.

Pre-registration is required.
Registration closes 24 hours prior to class.
Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place.
