Keep the fire burning at our wood-fired oven!Bring your special someone to Powisset Farm and gather with us around our wood-fired brick oven where we make our famous Powisset Farm pizza.
At the start of this hands-on class, our own Chef Thi will guide you through making your own Wood-Fired Pizza with seasonal toppings.
Next, we’ll make, Maple Pepper Chicken Wings, a Lemony Kale Caesar salad, and seasonal Fruit Crisp with Gelato for dessert.
The farm’s laid-back atmosphere and gorgeous views make this summer class extra-special!
Included in this class:
Cooking demonstration and hands-on learning experience.
Instruction from an experienced, top-notch instructor.
Recipes to take home.
At the end of each class, the opportunity to enjoy the food you created.
If you would like to bring an adult beverage to class, please feel free.
Pre-registration is required.
Registration closes 24 hours prior to class.
Minimum of 3 couples required for class to take place.
