In this hands-on class with Chef Thi, we’ll make warm, flavorful, beautiful, satisfying Pho (pronounced “fuh”), a Vietnamese culinary favorite.Typically made with broth, noodles, herbs, and a protein, this class will focus on creating classic Chicken Pho.
In addition to Pho, you’ll learn to make a classic Vietnamese street food — Rice Paper Pizza.
To finish, you’ll make a delicious Cassava Cake for dessert.
