These classes will focus on the bounty of the season and the unique flavors of Martha’s Vineyard in coordination with the growing seasons of our farm.
We will start with a tour of our Friendship Garden to harvest vegetables for cooking followed by hands-on meal preparation in our Teaching Kitchen.
Meals will be based on what is currently growing in our garden and what can be locally sourced on island.
Class will end with a shared meal on our porch.
Menus TBA the day prior.
