Participants will learn the art of creating this beloved British baked good from scratch.We’ll head to the garden to gather necessary herbs or berries for our individually desired scones.
Participants will learn essential baking techniques such as measuring, mixing, shaping, and baking methods.
Each participant will take home half a dozen scones of their own making.

Chef Melissa is fueled by the creativity and artistry that exists within the culinary world.
With a deep-rooted connection to the land, fostered by spending every summer on Martha’s Vineyard, she embraces the beauty of farm to table cuisine celebrating the bounty each season brings.
