Take a trip to Greece and leave your passport at home!With a cuisine based on the “Mediterranean Triad” of wheat, olive oil, and wine, and dating back thousands of years, Greek food is beloved around the world.
It’s also known for it’s focus on locality, seasonality, and freshness – perfect for the Powisset Farm kitchen.
In this hands-on class, Chef Thi will focus on three Greek classics.
You’ll learn to make Beef Pastitio, Horiatiki Salad, and Bougatsa for dessert.
You’ll be transported to Greece in no time!
