Each ticket holder will learn the following in class:
How to make spent grain pretzels How to make whole-grain beer mustard How to make hot cheddar cheese pub dip for your pretzels
In class, each ticket holder will make spent grain dough for pretzels and practice twisting four pretzels to go home to boil and bake.
Each ticket holder will leave class with the following:
A full container of ingredients, recipe, and additional instructions on how to make the whole grain beer mustard at home at your leisure.
(Beer for mustard not included.)
A full container of ingredients, recipe and additional instructions on making the hot cheddar cheese pub dip at their leisure.
Beer for cheese dip not included.)
Recipe and dough for making 12 more pretzels at home!
