This Women’s History Month, join us for a month-long, farm-grown celebration of one of history’s most iconic female chefs, Julia Child, and her cuisine.
This hands-on class with Chef Thi will introduce you to some of Julia Child’s most beloved and popular recipes.
We’ll make Local Cheese Gougères, Beef Bourguignon, and Gateau a l’Orange.
Join us to honor Julia Child and bring her legacy into your own kitchen.

The month long celebration continues with:
• A Table at the Bistro on the 12th and 13th
• Mastering the Five French Mother Sauces on the 19th and 20th
• Ohh La La, Sensational French Salads on the 26th and 27th
Included in this class:
🍃 Cooking demonstration and hands-on learning experience.
🍃 Instruction from an experienced, top-notch instructor.
🍃 Recipes to take home.
🍃 At the end of each class, the opportunity to enjoy the food you created.
If you would like to bring an adult beverage to class, please feel free.
