On Friday, March 7, Matria Boston will host a memorable evening celebrating women on the eve of International Women’s Day.
Guests will indulge in a thoughtfully curated four-course menu crafted by InterContinental’s Executive Sous Chef, Katia Soujol.
The exclusive menu begins with Maciata Croustini of Burrata con Jambon des Bosses and Hazelnuts, featuring a medley of citrus and heirloom cherry tomatoes, served with micro basel.
For the second course, guests will enjoy Carbonara de Tajarin al Tartufo Blanco, served with floffy cream foam and crispy chinguale (or Tagliolini) and snow of Parmigiano and Pecorino cheeses.
The main course features Short Ribs e Carota Caramellata, a dish of prime short ribs served with carnaroli with risotto al barolo.
To end the evening on a sweet note indulge in Nutella Coated Torrones made with qunelle of pistachios gelato.
Each dish will be paired with wines carefully selected from Avaline Wines, a female-owned and operated organic wine brand that is vegan-friendly, free of added sugar or unwanted additives, and transparently produced.
Founded by Cameron Diaz and Katherine Power, Avaline Wines embodies the spirit of thoughtful, clean winemaking.
Whether you're celebrating with friends or treating yourself, Matria’s celebration of women will be the perfect way to honor International Women’s Day.
