Venerable Back Bay steakhouse Abe & Louie’s will feature their signature menu in addition to a collection of specials this Father’s Day weekend.For starters, there are broiled prawns with chili glaze and smoked cabbage slaw ($28), or steak tartare with capers, shallot, cornichons, Dijon and baguette ($22).
The entrees come twofold with slow-roasted prime rib served with twice-baked potato, horseradish crema and au jus ($78), and grilled swordfish with eggplant caponata and a lemon-oregano vinaigrette ($40).
The dessert options ($14) are a chocolate mousse, or espresso crème brûlée.
Abe & Louie's also will feature two cocktails: Back Bay Select Old Fashioned with Blanton’s bourbon, demerara and angostura bitters, as well as A Perfect Blanton’s served neat or over a rock.
