Wayland’s crown jewel Coach Grill will dish an array of specials over Father’s Day weekend.The starter features are a pound of local steamers with drawn butter ($22), or blue crab-stuffed mushrooms with roasted garlic cream ($19).
Bring your appetite for the main courses, a 24-ounce prime porterhouse with au gratin potato and bordelaise ($95), or pan-seared halibut with red bliss potatoes, sauteed spinach and herb butter ($50).
Leave room for dessert ($14), bananas foster with brown butter rum sauce or Boston cream pie with vanilla custard and chocolate glaze.
Coach Grill also will feature two cocktails: Back Bay Select Old Fashioned with Blanton’s bourbon, demerara and angostura bitters, as well as A Perfect Blanton’s served neat or over a rock.
