Ready for a cozy night in?Join us for an intimate hands-on cooking class in the Powisset Farm Kitchen, where you’ll learn to create a delicious and romantic three-course meal using fresh ingredients from the farm.
Under the expert guidance of Chef Thi, you’ll make a Kale Salad with Lemon Parmesan to start.
Next, you’ll make Beef Bolognese with Root Vegetables and Fresh Pasta.
Lastly, you’ll make Sticky Toffee Pudding served with Homemade Ice Cream for dessert.

Recipes to take home.
