Unwind under the open sky with Sunset Yoga on the Esplanade, a free weekly summer series hosted by the Esplanade Association. Set against the scenic backdrop of the Charles River, this all-levels vinyasa class is a perfect midweek reset for body and mind.

Held at Fiedler Field, just steps from the Hatch Shell, each session invites participants to flow through gentle movements as the sun dips behind the Boston skyline. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, everyone is welcome — just bring your mat and water bottle.

This is a popular event, so early arrival is encouraged to claim your spot on the lawn. It’s a fantastic way to stay active, enjoy nature, and connect with community — all in one of Boston’s most iconic outdoor spaces.

In the event of extreme weather or other hazardous conditions, the Esplanade Association will email all participants if you register; and post a cancellation notice.
