In honor of the Joint 2014 ACTRIMS-ECTRIMS (Americas/European Committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis) Meeting in Boston, Genzyme – headquartered in Cambridge – is hosting Challenge MS, an interactive event to help people better understand the challenges of living with MS.

At this public event, participants will experience some of the symptoms associated with MS including vision impairment, cognitive challenges and fatigue.

For every person who participates in the Challenge MS experience, Genzyme will pledge volunteer hours that will be given back to the MS Community.

Those who cannot participate in the events can Tweet a message of inspiration to the MS community @GenzymeCorp using the hashtag #GZChallengeMS.

Each Tweet will count towards the total volunteer hours.
