Pumping doesn’t have to be a pain!

Come learn all about making pumping easier and more efficient for you.

Being a new mom often brings many challenges and questions.

Let us help ease your mind when it comes to breastfeeding and pumping for your little one.

Whether you are going back to work, or you are just planning on giving your baby the occasional bottle, we will help you create a plan, give you time saving ideas and answer all of your questions.

This is a 2-hour class taught by Meg O’Neill, CLC and working mom of two breastfed boys.

Topics will include:

• Your goals for breastfeeding and how to reach them
• Your breastpump – parts, pieces, setup and clean up
• How to pump – creating and maintaining a supply
• Safe milk storage and preparation
• Introducing a bottle – when and how
• Working with your childcare provider
• Pumping at work
• Balancing breastfeeding and pumping
• Tips, tricks and products that make your life easier!

This class is designed for moms in the postpartum period, after a breastfeeding relationship has been established.

Babies are welcome to attend!

There will be time for questions and time to talk about your specific pumping schedule.
