On Sunday October 18th, Chakra Shuddhi Yoga celebrates it's ONE year anniversary with an open house event! FREE yoga classes ALL DAY, raffles and information on upcoming events and promotions at the studio!

10:00 AM - 10:45 AM Kundalini Yoga
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM OPEN HOUSE (Raffles, Meet the Teachers, Check out our studio!)
12:15 PM - 1:00 PM Vinyasa Flow
1:15 PM - 2:00 PM Gentle Flow
2:15 PM - 3:00 PM Vinyasa Flow
