Learn about nutrition, exercise, reducing labor risks, the different stages of labor, pain management, various comfort techniques, the importance of breathing, and more.
Participants will create a birth plan and become familiar with the immediate post partum period.
Geared for adults.
Cost per couple is $100.
Cost per individual is $60.
