In this workshop we will harvest and dry several common herbs while teaching proper harvesting technique, different methods of drying, and the ways different herbs will respond to drying.
Drying can be finnicky: Learn how to effectively preserve your favorites, without overheating them, for use in the winter!
ifarm's permaculture gardeners will be open to any questions about permaculture, a style of gardening that mimics natural systems to increase the health and productivity of a garden while minimizing unnecessary labor.
This can include methods of plant care, intelligent garden design, soil enrichment, native pollination, and 'weed' management.
Come pick our brains, meet other like-minded gardeners, and get some samples to take home!
