Sunday Self-Care: Mindfulness & Meditation for the Modern Urbanite

On May 21st, The KITCHEN is hosting a Sunday Self-Care Workshop with bestselling author, speaker, and national yoga teacher Sara DiVello.

Learn how mindfulness and meditation are tools you can use at work, at home, and at the table.

These tools will help you to tune in, de-stress, and be fully present to enjoy every activity, every moment, and every bite.

First, Sara will lead a discussion about what tools to de-stress are and how to use them.

Then Sara will lead a gentle yoga class and guided meditation to transport you to complete relaxation.

Finally, we'll take everything we've learned and put them into action as Sara shares her favorite tools to de-stress at the office, how to unwind at home, and lastly guides us through a mindful eating experience as we sample some favorite treats from BPM vendors.
